For years, Spazzacà enlivened the lakefront and Via Castello with stalls managed by local associations, parish groups, and community organizations: clothes, toys, paintings, pottery, magazines, and various objects were offered at symbolic prices, with proceeds supporting local volunteer efforts. Today, that spirit lives on in the Ferragosto collectors' market, which brings exhibitors, curious visitors, and enthusiasts in search of unique pieces to the Cannobio lakefront.
