Sparkling Summer Nights – Ortisei Experience is the summer festival that transforms the pedestrian center of Ortisei (known as Urtijëi in Ladin and St. Ulrich in German), the main town of Val Gardena, into a grand open-air lounge on Friday evenings. Located in the heart of the Ortisei municipality, in the province of Bolzano and the Trentino-Alto Adige region, local bars and cafes open their terraces while the town center is adorned with special lighting and accompanied by live concerts.

Live music and village atmosphere

The format is simple and convivial: an aperitivo, good company, and live music throughout the town center. Each evening features a different band performing outdoors, creating a relaxed and festive atmosphere until late at night. No tickets are required: simply stroll between the venues, stop for a glass of wine, and enjoy the music under the Dolomite sky.

Three evenings, three South Tyrolean excellences

The common thread of the festival is local South Tyrolean products, which take center stage during themed evenings featuring tastings and surprises:

• Gin – local spirits and blends
• Sparkling wine – the finest bubbles from South Tyrol
• Craft beer – local breweries from South Tyrol

Each event pairs music with a tasting journey dedicated to one of these specialties, allowing you to discover the flavors of the region in an informal setting.

Ortisei and Val Gardena

Ortisei is one of the most renowned destinations in the UNESCO-listed Dolomites, famous for its wood-carving tradition and vibrant pedestrian area. The Sparkling Summer Nights are the ideal opportunity to experience the village during the summer season, combining evening strolls, the local music scene, and South Tyrolean food and wine.
