The 2026 edition was held from May 12 to 17 in Montenero di Bisaccia, organized by the Pastoral Community 'Maria Santissima di Bisaccia'. A week that combined devotion, culture, and major free concerts in Piazza della Libertà, under the banner of the patron saint Our Lady of Bisaccia and Saint Nicholas of Bari.

- At the Sanctuary, presentation of the book 'Ho incontrato Francesco' by Don Benito Giorgetta.
May 14 — 7:00 PM
- At the San Matteo Theater, school recital 'Ti presento Pier Giorgio', dedicated to Saint Pier Giorgio Frassati (primary and middle school students).
May 15 — 7:30 PM
- Traditional Via Matris along the Calanchi, concluding the novena.
May 16
- 6:00 PM — Solemn Mass at the Sanctuary presided over by the Bishop of Termoli-Larino Msgr. Claudio Palumbo, followed by the procession.
- 9:30 PM — Free concert by I Nomadi in Piazza della Libertà (later postponed to August 8 due to the singer's indisposition).
May 17
- 6:00 PM — Mass for Saint Nicholas in the Church of San Matteo, followed by the procession.
- 9:30 PM — Concert by Redblack in Piazza della Libertà.
