Spring Arrives in Domegge
In the heart of Cadore, at the foot of the Belluno Dolomites and overlooking the Centro Cadore lake, Domegge di Cadore celebrates its Fiera di San Giorgio every April. A tradition that marks the arrival of good weather and the revival of community life after the long winter months in the mountains.
Crafts, Flowers, and Plants
The main streets of the village come alive with stalls: featuring local crafts, flowers, and plants, in a market that attracts residents and visitors from all over Cadore. The fair is organized by the Municipality of Domegge in collaboration with the Pro Loco, which specifically manages the artisans' market.
A Celebration Lasting the Whole Weekend
The Sunday of the fair is preceded by a Saturday of celebration hosted by Domeie Events: at the schools, food and drink stands, a treasure hunt for the younger ones, and live music liven up the eve. A spring weekend that tells the story of the identity of Domegge di Cadore and the province of Belluno.
St. George's Fair — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the Fiera di San Giorgio takes place on Sunday, April 23, in the main streets of Domegge di Cadore, with stalls of local crafts, flowers, and plants. The fair is preceded on Saturday, April 22, by a day of celebration organized by Domeie Events at the schools.
