DoloMythos Antique Market

The DoloMythos Antique Market is an antique and collectibles fair held in the square of the DoloMythos Museum, in the heart of San Candido/Innichen, in the Upper Puster Valley (Province of Bolzano, Trentino-Alto Adige). On select Sundays during the warmer months, the museum courtyard transforms into a small village of stalls, where enthusiasts and exhibitors showcase vintage treasures amidst the peaks of the Sesto Dolomites.

The selection is vast and varied: furniture and home decor, paintings, prints and posters, ceramics and glassware, clocks, musical and scientific instruments, silverware, and jewelry. You will also find vintage books, magazines, toys, radios, antique tools, keys, and linens. The market was born in the shadow of the DoloMythos Museum, founded by naturalist and researcher Michael Wachtler and dedicated to the geological and natural history of the Dolomites: fossils, the Conturines cave bear, great discoveries from the Alpine arc, and prehistoric reptiles. A visit to the market is the perfect opportunity to also explore the museum's collections in one of the most picturesque locations in the Upper Puster Valley.

A recurring seasonal event

The DoloMythos Antique Market returns every year with several dates scheduled from May to September, almost always on Sundays. It is an informal and convivial occasion, perfect for families, tourists, and collectors, blending a passion for antiques with the charm of San Candido, an elegant resort town at the gateway to the Sesto Dolomites.
