The festival of a small but great village

The Sagra di Soverzene is the traditional village festival of Soverzene, one of the smallest municipalities in the province of Belluno, in Valbelluna. Despite the small size of the village, the festival is a deeply felt event that attracts residents and visitors for three days of celebration with good food, music, and sports.

Typical cuisine and community moments

The heart of the festival is the gastronomic stand of the Circolo Culturale di Soverzene, in via Val Gallina, where you can taste the specialties of the Belluno tradition: from polenta and cod to game, to pork knuckle. The program also includes a bocce tournament, a donor's walk, a lottery, and musical evenings, in a mix of gastronomy, sport, and socialising that is the hallmark of the village festivals in Valbelluna.

Tradition at the foot of the Dolomites

Organised by the Circolo Culturale di Soverzene thanks to the work of volunteers, the festival is a moment of identity for the community, in a picturesque area at the foot of the Belluno Dolomites, along the Piave valley. It is proof of how even the smallest villages can preserve and renew their festive traditions, in the heart of the province of Belluno.
