In the medieval village of San Vito sul Cesano, a hamlet of San Lorenzo in Campo (Province of Pesaro and Urbino, Marche), the Sagra della Bruschetta takes place every summer, one of the most cherished village festivals in Valcesano. For over forty years, the Associazione San Vito Giovani has prepared the famous De.C.O. bruschetta, seasoned with the sweet Red Onion of Suasa and extra virgin oil from local producers. Three days of food stalls, music, dancing, and entertainment for all ages, in the streets of the medieval castle.

A village festival that smells of tradition

The Sagra della Bruschetta enlivens the medieval village of San Vito sul Cesano every summer, a charming hamlet in the Municipality of San Lorenzo in Campo, in the Province of Pesaro and Urbino, in the heart of Marche. Nestled along the Cesano river valley, the small castle transforms for a few evenings into a large convivial gathering place, where the community welcomes visitors from all over Valcesano and beyond.

The event has been running for over forty years: since the nineties, it has been organised by the Associazione San Vito Giovani, which works each edition to make the festival ever more beautiful and participatory, in collaboration with the Municipal Administration of San Lorenzo in Campo.
