In the seaside village of Marola, overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia, the Sagra del Raviolo di Mare returns every June. Three weekends dedicated to the fish-filled ravioli, a dish of Ligurian tradition, served in the covered restaurant in the green area amidst music and village atmosphere. A historic sagra, organized by local associations, that tells the seafaring soul of this corner of La Spezia.

The seafood ravioli takes center stage

The Sagra del Raviolo di Mare is one of the most beloved gastronomic events in the villages of the Gulf of La Spezia. It takes place in Marola, an ancient seaside village now a district of the provincial capital, and celebrates ravioli filled with fish, a specialty of Ligurian seafood cuisine.

Three weekends of celebration

The sagra unfolds over three weekends in June, in the green area of Marola. Bars and beer stands open in the afternoon, while the covered restaurant operates in the evening, offering seafood ravioli and other local specialties. Lunch is also available on some days.

A village tradition

The organization is entrusted to local associationsโ€”APS Marola and ASD Marolacquasantaโ€”which every year keep alive an event rooted in the community's identity. The sagra is an opportunity to discover the life of the seaside villages of La Spezia, with authentic flavors and village hospitality.

The XXVIII edition of the Sagra del Raviolo di Mare is held in Marola over three weekends in June (5-7, 12-14, and 19-21) in the village's green area. Bars and beer stands open from 5:00 PM, the covered restaurant from 7:00 PM with seafood ravioli and local specialties. Sunday, June 14th, lunch is also available.

The XXVIII edition of the Sagra del Raviolo di Mare enlivens the village of Marola for three weekends in June: June 5-7, 12-14, and 19-21, 2026, in the village's green area.

Each day, the sagra is active from 5:00 PM with bars and beer stands; from 7:00 PM, the covered restaurant opens with seafood ravioli and other typical dishes. Sunday, June 14th, lunch service is also provided. Organized by APS Marola and ASD Marolacquasanta.
