When July arrives, the stoves of the Sagra del Pesce (Fish Festival) light up in Solaro, one of the most anticipated gastronomic events of the town's summer. As part of the Feste d'Estate (Summer Festivals) calendar that enlivens the sports center in Corso Berlinguer, the event brings the flavor of the sea to this corner of the Metropolitan City of Milan, where summer conviviality is a deep-rooted tradition.

The organization is entrusted to the Pescatori Solaresi (Solaro Fishermen) association, which for the occasion puts its passion and culinary experience at your disposal. The menu ranges from fried dishes, grilled items, and traditional fish dishes, served at the long tables set up in the equipped area of the sports center.

A summer of festivals

The Sagra del Pesce ideally inaugurates the month of July, preceding other Solaro events such as the Sagra del Baccalà (Cod Festival) and the Notte Bianca (White Night).
