The Oktoberfest of Brianza
The Misinto Bier Fest is the great Bavarian-style beer festival that has been enlivening Misinto, a municipality in the province of Monza and Brianza, for almost thirty years. Considered one of the largest events of its kind in Italy, it reproduces the atmosphere of the Munich Oktoberfest under a huge tent, in via del Cavo, attracting around 55,000 visitors each year.
Kulmbacher Beer and Bavarian Cuisine
The absolute star is Kulmbacher beer, the official supplier of the festival, served in steins along with a menu in true Bavarian style: pork knuckle, sausages, würstel, sauerkraut, and all the traditional German specialties. An abundant and convivial gastronomic offering, designed to be enjoyed at the long tables in the tent, amidst toasts and songs.
German Bands and Live Music
The musical soul of the Misinto Bier Fest is its traditional German bands, such as Die Wilderer, who bring typical Oktoberfest music to the stage. Alongside them, evenings of live music and tribute bands dedicated to great Italian artists like Vasco Rossi and 883, for a program that alternates Bavarian folklore and popular entertainment.
A Symbol of Brianza's Summer
Organized by the GAM E20 association, the Misinto Bier Fest has become a fixed fixture of summer in Brianza, capable of attracting a vast audience from all over Lombardy. For Misinto, it is a source of pride and identity: an event that combines Bavarian tradition with the typical desire to socialize found at village festivals, but on an extraordinary scale.
Misinto Bier Fest — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the Misinto Bier Fest is spread over three weekends in July: from the 2nd to the 5th, from the 9th to the 12th, and from the 16th to the 18th of July, on Thursday to Sunday evenings, opening from 6:00 PM to midnight. The large tent in via del Cavo once again hosts the biggest Oktoberfest in Brianza.
The stars are Kulmbacher beer, the official supplier, and a Bavarian-style menu served at the long tables in the tent. On stage, traditional German bands, such as Die Wilderer, and live music evenings with tribute bands dedicated to Vasco Rossi and 883. From 2026, table reservations will no longer be possible.
