The event, hosted in Piazza XX Settembre, was created to rediscover the forgotten flavors of the lake and bring back to life the atmosphere of the characteristic 1950s festivals, when lake fish was at the center of lakeside cuisine.

For three days, fried lake fish is the main star, served according to the traditional recipes of the Basso Sebino. It's an opportunity to rediscover the authentic taste of simple and genuine cuisine, linked to the territory and its waters, in a festive atmosphere that attracts residents and tourists alike.

Taste and solidarity

The festival is organized by AVIS Sarnico e Basso Sebino and combines the rediscovery of lake flavors with an important message of awareness about blood donation. It is therefore a festival that does good twice: for the palate and for the community, in a spirit of volunteering and tradition.
