Summer on the river
La Darsena is the summer season of the Parco Fluviale G. Metelli, along the Oglio river in Palazzolo sull'Oglio, in the province of Brescia. For over four months, from May to September, this green area overlooking the water becomes an evening meeting place where music, taste, and sociality come together in a natural setting.
A gastronomic hub
The heart of La Darsena is the street food area: a true hub of taste where food trucks offer a rotation of specialties from around the world, alongside stalls from craft breweries. There are also aperitifs, craft cocktails, and options for all tastes, in an informal and convivial atmosphere.
Music and activities
From Thursday to Sunday, starting at 8 PM, La Darsena offers live music according to the event calendar, along with activities for children and initiatives promoted by local associations. Among the most recent additions, a vintage caravan transformed into an original bar point that accompanies the entire season with a retro touch. The event also hosts hobbyist markets on the first Sunday of each month.
La Darsena — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of La Darsena, under new management, opens on May 1st at Parco Metelli in Palazzolo sull'Oglio and runs until September 6th. The format offers a rotation of food trucks with international specialties, craft breweries, live music from Thursday to Sunday starting at 8 PM, activities for children, and initiatives by local associations. This year's novelty is the vintage Lander 474 caravan, transformed into an original bar that accompanies the entire program. The season includes hobbyist markets on the first Sunday of each month.
