Sagra del Pesce Fritto

In 2025, the Sagra del Pesce Fritto once again brought the authentic flavors of Lake Iseo to Piazza XX Settembre in Sarnico. Fried lake fish, the star of the festival, was served according to the traditional recipes of the Basso Sebino, in an atmosphere that evoked the characteristic festivals of the 1950s.

The event, organized by AVIS Sarnico and Basso Sebino, confirmed its role as a summer gathering that combines the rediscovery of lake cuisine with awareness-raising about blood donation, in a spirit of volunteering and tradition.
