In 2026, the Sagra dei Peperoni Fritti will return to Gildone (CB) on Ferragosto, in the Santa Maria a Quadrano district, linked to the feast of the Madonna dell'Assunta. Fried peppers will be served with local fresh bread and regional wine, during one of the most attended days of the Gildone summer, coinciding with the feast of the Madonna delle Grazie.
