The festival of Terzano's typical dish, in Valle Camonica
Terzano is a small hamlet in the Municipality of Angolo Terme, in Valle Camonica, Province of Brescia. Here, for over thirty years, the preparation of capù has been celebrated with a dedicated festival that mobilizes the entire village: the capù are rolls made from chard leaves, filled with stale bread and grated cheese, a bit of meat, and a "secret" mixture of spices.
