The Rumore Bim Festival is a multidisciplinary artistic contest created to honor Raffaella Carrà and provide a concrete platform for emerging Italian talent. Produced by Anteros Produzioni, the format does not take place in a single location but travels across the entire peninsula with a long series of selection stages: the fifth edition, presented in Sanremo in February 2026, announced over one hundred casting events in more than eighty Italian cities. The grand finale is held in the autumn, featuring masterclasses, performances, and a national press conference that connects contestants with record labels, choreographers, judges, talent scouts, and managers. For the fifth edition, the production also announced a technological innovation: the festival's Web TV, available on smartphones and Smart TVs, with a 5,000-euro prize in gold vouchers for the best music video uploaded to the platform by participants.

For the central-southern area, the tour is managed by the artistic direction of Carlo Morelli, with regional coordination by Emma Malinconico for Campania, Puglia, and Basilicata; the organization of the stages is handled by Service Kreativ. In 2026, Campania hosted several events—including Pomigliano d'Arco, Casapesenna, and Marcianise—and the Mondragone event was part of this circuit, followed on May 31 by the Apulian stage in Manfredonia.

The Municipality of Mondragone is one of the main centers of the Domitian coast, in the province of Caserta, at the foot of Monte Massico and overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta.
