About Rumore Bim Festival

The Rumore Bim Festival is a national touring contest dedicated to the memory of Raffaella Carrà, traveling across Italy every year in search of new talent in singing, dancing, musical theatre, and acting. The Mondragone stage, in the province of Caserta, took place on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the Music Factor School on Via Padule 9, featuring completely free auditions open to artists of all ages. Those who pass the selection process move on to the national final in Bellaria Igea Marina, Carrà's hometown.

A touring contest dedicated to Raffaella Carrà

The Rumore Bim Festival is a multidisciplinary artistic contest created to honor Raffaella Carrà and provide a concrete platform for emerging Italian talent. Produced by Anteros Produzioni, the format does not take place in a single location but travels across the entire peninsula with a long series of selection stages: the fifth edition, presented in Sanremo in February 2026, announced over one hundred casting events in more than eighty Italian cities. Each stage is a live audition in front of industry professionals, and the host cities become the stage for the contest for a day.

The Mondragone stage at the Music Factor School

In 2026, the tour returned to the province of Caserta with the Mondragone event, hosted on Saturday, May 23, by the Music Factor School at Via Padule 9. The day was coordinated by maestro Pasquale Patalano, the local representative for the event. The auditions were completely free and open to artists of all ages: a rare opportunity in a town on the Domitian coast to audition before a national commission without having to leave one's own province.

Competition categories

The contest is multidisciplinary and welcomes a wide range of profiles. The categories provided by the fifth edition's regulations include:

  • Singing, divided by age groups (Under 12, Under 16, Under 35, and Over 35);
  • Dancing, with a section dedicated to inclusive dance;
  • Musical Theatre and Acting;
  • Variety Arts, for disciplines that do not fall into the previous categories.

The inclusive approach is one of the project's hallmarks: participation is designed to be accessible, with no registration fees for the selections and no age limits.

From selections to the national final

Those who pass the local stage gain access to the subsequent phases of the journey, culminating in the national final in Bellaria Igea Marina, in Romagna, the hometown of Raffaella Carrà. The grand finale is held in the autumn, featuring masterclasses, performances, and a national press conference that connects contestants with record labels, choreographers, judges, talent scouts, and managers. For the fifth edition, the production also announced a technological innovation: the festival's Web TV, available on smartphones and Smart TVs, with a 5,000-euro prize in gold vouchers for the best music video uploaded to the platform by participants.

Central-Southern coordination

For the central-southern area, the tour is managed by the artistic direction of Carlo Morelli, with regional coordination by Emma Malinconico for Campania, Puglia, and Basilicata; the organization of the stages is handled by Service Kreativ. In 2026, Campania hosted several events—including Pomigliano d'Arco, Casapesenna, and Marcianise—and the Mondragone event was part of this circuit, followed on May 31 by the Apulian stage in Manfredonia.

Mondragone, Campania, and the Domitian coast

The Municipality of Mondragone is one of the main centers of the Domitian coast, in the province of Caserta, at the foot of Monte Massico and overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta. For Campania, a region with a strong tradition in pop music, dance, and popular theatre, stages like this represent a direct channel to national entertainment circuits: local singing and dance schools find in the Rumore Bim Festival an opportunity to test their students against an external, national jury.

Organizers

The event is produced by Anteros Produzioni Srl, based in Bellaria-Igea Marina, in close collaboration with the Municipality of Bellaria Igea Marina and the Verdeblu Foundation. Partners of the fifth edition include MSC Cruises and Radio LatteMiele. Registration for the casting stages is free via the festival's official portal.

Rumore Bim Festival — edition 2026

The fifth edition of the Rumore Bim Festival stopped in Mondragone on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the Music Factor School on Via Padule 9. A day entirely dedicated to free auditions and casting for the contest dedicated to Raffaella Carrà, open to artists of all ages in the categories of singing, dancing, musical theatre, and acting. The stage coordination was entrusted to maestro Pasquale Patalano; those selected move on to the final phases in Bellaria Igea Marina, scheduled for October.

The Caserta stage of the fifth edition

The 2026 tour of the Rumore Bim Festival returned to the Caserta area with the Mondragone event on Saturday, May 23, hosted by the Music Factor School on Via Padule 9. The day was dedicated to free auditions for the national contest dedicated to Raffaella Carrà, produced by Anteros Produzioni.

Who could participate

Selections were open to artists of all ages, with no registration fee, in the categories of singing (with Under 12, Under 16, Under 35, and Over 35 groups), dancing — both with an inclusive section —, musical theatre, acting, and variety arts. Registration was done online via the festival's official portal.

The path after the stage

The Mondragone stage was part of the Campania circuit managed by Service Kreativ, with artistic direction by Carlo Morelli and regional coordination by Emma Malinconico for Campania, Puglia, and Basilicata. The next stop on the tour was scheduled for May 31 in Manfredonia, in the province of Foggia. Promoted artists gain access to the path leading to the national final in Bellaria Igea Marina, scheduled for autumn 2026, featuring masterclasses, performances, and meetings with industry professionals.

The 2026 innovation
