In a single night, over two hundred historic centers across the peninsula transform into settings dedicated to love, memories, and the beauty of these places, united by a common theme and a shared spirit of hospitality.

Abbateggio, a secret village of stone and nature

Perched at an altitude of about 450 meters in the heart of the Majella National Park, Abbateggio is one of the most evocative villages in Abruzzo. With fewer than four hundred inhabitants, its limestone houses and quiet alleys led it to join the "Most Beautiful Villages of Italy" club in 2009. Known as "the village of spelt," it maintains a strong bond with agro-pastoral traditions and the nature of the Abruzzo mountains: the perfect setting for a romantic evening away from the crowds.
