About Remind Festival

Remind Festival is an Abruzzo-based music event that, since 2009, has combined live concerts, culture, and social commitment in memory of Federica Moscardelli and Serena Scipione, two medical students who lost their lives in the L'Aquila earthquake. In 2026, the 16th edition arrives for the first time at the Fortezza di Civitella del Tronto, in the province of Teramo, featuring art installations, quality indie and electronic music, and proceeds donated entirely to charity. An event that makes memory and sharing its core purpose.

A festival born from memory

Remind Festival is one of the most iconic music events in the Teramo area. Established in 2009 and promoted by the Federica and Serena Association, the festival carries in its name the desire to remember Federica Moscardelli and Serena Scipione, two young medical students who lost their lives in the L'Aquila earthquake. Since then, every year, a stage lights up in Abruzzo for a cause: music becomes a tool for memory and solidarity, and all proceeds are donated to local social projects.

The 16th edition at the Fortezza di Civitella del Tronto

In 2026, the festival reaches a major turning point: for the first time, the event moves to the Fortezza di Civitella del Tronto, one of Abruzzo's most iconic landmarks and among the most imposing fortresses in Europe, recently reopened to the public following a meticulous restoration. Remind Festival is thus the first major event hosted at the Fortress since the works, creating a striking dialogue between contemporary music and historical heritage. The unique evening on July 3, 2026, begins at 7:00 PM within the monumental spaces of the village of Civitella del Tronto, in the province of Teramo.

Indie, pop, and electronic music

The 2026 artistic lineup brings together three female voices from the new Italian scene:

  • Gaia Banfi, a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with delicate writing, suspended between electronic and dream pop;
  • Mille, the project of Elisa Pucci, one of the most original voices in the new Italian songwriting scene, blending indie pop, irony, and retro atmospheres;
  • Elasi, an artist, producer, and DJ capable of fusing electronic, pop, and international influences into engaging and colorful sets.

Accompanying the concerts, there will be a food & beverage area and a series of art installations curated by local creatives and artists, designed to enhance the Fortress spaces with original displays.

An ideal festival, between memory and commitment

Remind Festival is not just a musical event: it is a cultural project that weaves together art and social commitment. The 2026 edition also donates its proceeds to a charitable cause, supporting the Un weekend senza mamma e papà (A weekend without mom and dad) project by the AGAVE Association, dedicated to the autonomy of young people with disabilities. The event is sponsored by the Province of Teramo and the involved municipalities, confirming the festival's deep roots in the Abruzzo social fabric.

A date for the local community

Set in the charming village of Civitella del Tronto, one of Italy's most beautiful, Remind Festival offers an experience that combines music, visual art, and historical landscape. It is the perfect opportunity to discover the Fortress in a new light and to enjoy an evening of sharing where fun and solidarity go hand in hand.

Remind Festival — edition 2026

The 2026 edition, the sixteenth, marked the debut of the Remind Festival at the Fortezza di Civitella del Tronto.
