A celebration for pop culture fans in the Enna region

RegalComics is a festival dedicated to the world of comics, cosplay, and nerd entertainment that brings color to Piazza Vittorio Veneto, in the historic center of Regalbuto, in the province of Enna. In an inland part of Sicily often far from major comic convention circuits, RegalComics has brought manga, video games, anime, and collectibles to the heart of the town, transforming the square into a meeting place for young people, families, and enthusiasts of all ages.

From the debut to the two-day expansion

The first edition took place in 2025 as a single, highly anticipated day, immediately winning over the local public and attracting interest well beyond provincial borders. Its success prompted the organizers to double the duration: the following edition spanned two days, a sign of a young but rapidly growing event, capable of establishing itself as one of the most original and dynamic appointments in the Enna territory.

What to expect at RegalComics

The program weaves together entertainment, gaming, and creativity in a multidisciplinary format:

• Cosplay Contest with dozens of participants interpreting characters from anime, manga, video games, films, and TV series, judged by a jury of nationally acclaimed costumers;
• Artist Alley featuring independent illustrators and comic artists;
• Artisan and collector areas with rare comics, gadgets, and unique creations;
• Iconic theme songs that defined the childhood of entire generations, from Mazinger to K-pop, from the eighties to today;
• The Fluo Rock Anime Night, a themed musical evening, and areas dedicated to Japanese culture;
• Games, quizzes, and activities for all ages.

An event that celebrates the town

RegalComics is organized in collaboration with the Daima Cosplay team and aims to become a permanent fixture on the regional calendar. By bringing the community back to the square, the event enhances the historic center of Regalbuto and promotes the town as a place open to new forms of culture, where diverse worlds meet, united by a passion for fantasy, creativity, and sharing.
