Ice-cold beer, street food, and live music at the Oliveri Urban Park
In the spring of 2026, the Pop Up Beer Festival makes a stop in Oliveri, a small village overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea in the province of Messina, at the foot of the Capo Tindari promontory and just a stone's throw from the Laghetti di Marinello Nature Reserve. For three days, from May 1st to 3rd, the Urban Park becomes the heart of a widespread festival dedicated to ice-cold beer, street food, and live music, in a convivial atmosphere accessible to everyone.
The format combines the classic ingredients of major beer gatherings: always-fresh draft beer, a wide selection of styles, and a curated food area with street food and gastronomic offerings designed to pair with every pint. The village comes alive in the afternoon with DJ sets and, in the evening, gives way to concerts, in a crescendo that turns the Urban Park into a festive square.
The musical program marks the three evenings with bands capable of engaging different generations:
The Pop Up Beer Festival is part of the program of events with which the Municipality of Oliveri aims to extend the tourist season, bringing the town to life as early as spring. In the following weeks, the calendar continues with other events that weave together tradition, music, and community, from the maritime re-enactment of the Bollita del Tonno to cultural initiatives in the village, leading up to the highly anticipated Indiegeno Fest.
A municipality on the north-eastern coast of Sicily, Oliveri is an ideal destination for those seeking the sea, beaches, and nature: its location, between the Marinello lagoons and the Sanctuary of Tindari, makes it the perfect starting point for a day of discovery. The Pop Up Beer Festival adds a touch of celebration, music, and taste to this setting, in the spirit of typical Sicilian conviviality.
In 2026, the Pop Up Beer Festival arrives for the first time in Oliveri, bringing the Urban Park to life from May 1st to 3rd. Three days of ice-cold beer, street food, and live music, with the village open in the afternoon, DJ sets, and evening concerts.
Musical program: Friday, May 1st Atmosfera Blu, a show for all generations; Saturday, May 2nd Fuori Orario, featuring classics and current hits; Sunday, May 3rd La Tribù del Blasco, a Vasco Rossi tribute band. The event, with free admission, is part of the Oliveri Municipality's tourism development calendar.
Urban Park of Oliveri (ME), Sicily. The village can be reached by car via the A20 Messina-Palermo motorway (Falcone-Oliveri exit) and by train via the Oliveri-Tindari station on the Tyrrhenian line.
From May 1st to 3rd, 2026, with the village opening in the afternoon, followed by DJ sets and evening concerts.
Open-air event with free admission; beer and street food are available for purchase at the stands.
We recommend arriving early on concert evenings and combining your visit with the nearby Laghetti di Marinello Reserve and the Sanctuary of Tindari.
