Promoted by the Pro Loco of Ponderano, the fair is a popular celebration that combines the rural vocation of the Piedmont region with the pleasure of a day outdoors in good company.

The animals take center stage

The heart of the event is the livestock exhibition, designed to provide visibility and recognition to local breeders. Along the fair route, visitors can admire:

• Cattle of breeds raised in the Biella and Piedmont regions;
• Goats and sheep, featuring well-cared-for and selected specimens;
• Farm animals and poultry;

Among the most beloved attractions are the falconry shows, featuring birds of prey guided by falconers, and the demonstrations by the canine units of the Civil Protection provincial coordination center, which showcase the skills of rescue dogs.
