About Percfest
Jazz and Percussion Take Centre Stage
Percfest is the International Festival of Jazz and Percussion in Laigueglia, in the province of Savona, on the Ligurian Riviera di Ponente. Founded in 1996, it is one of Italy's most original jazz events, capable of combining major international concerts with a strong educational focus dedicated to the world of percussion and drums.
A Festival That Lives in the Village
The event is not limited to evening concerts: during the day, it offers free courses in percussion and drums, seminars, and workshops, while at midnight, the venues in the historic center come alive with jam sessions. The emotional heart of the festival is the Memorial Naco, dedicated to percussionist Nazzareno Carusi, with free afternoon events.
Directed by Rosario Bonaccorso
Percfest is led by double bassist Rosario Bonaccorso, who curates a high-level programme with the support of the Municipality of Laigueglia. With its 299 seats per evening, the festival offers an intimate and cozy experience, where the audience and musicians share the magic of the seaside village.
Percfest — edition 2026
Percfest celebrates its 30th edition in 2026, from June 17 to 21, in the village of Laigueglia. Five days of music with ten evening concerts, complemented by a rich program of educational activities and opportunities for interaction.
Alongside the concerts, the festival offers free percussion and drum courses, nightly jam sessions in the historic center's venues starting at midnight, art exhibitions, and the Memorial Naco with free afternoon seminars and workshops.
