The rock festival of the Berici Hills, a showcase for the alternative scene since 1992
The Perarock Festival takes place in Perarolo di Arcugnano, a hamlet of the municipality of Arcugnano, in the province of Vicenza, in the Berici Hills. Founded in 1992, it is one of the longest-running and most beloved self-managed rock festivals in the Vicenza area, a benchmark for the alternative and independent scene in the Veneto region.
The festival is not just about concerts: alongside the main stage, which hosts bands from the rock, punk, ska, and indie scene, numerous collateral activities flourish. Workshops on screen printing, collage, and painting, theatre and craft offerings, gastronomic areas, and discussion forums make Perarock a multidisciplinary event, where music intertwines with culture and social engagement.
The soul of Perarock is self-management and participation: the organization is handled by volunteers, and the atmosphere remains that authentic one of great community festivals. Over the years, the stage has hosted well-known names from the Italian alternative scene, such as Ska-J, a historic ska band from Vicenza.
Perarolo di Arcugnano is nestled in the landscape of the Berici Hills, a few kilometers from Vicenza. Perarock is an opportunity to experience the Vicenza summer with a musical and alternative twist, far from the major commercial circuits, in one of the most characteristic settings in the area.
The Perarock Festival 2026 takes place in Perarolo di Arcugnano in July. Among the already announced events is the concert by Ska-J, a historic ska band from Vicenza, scheduled for Sunday, July 26th at 9 PM.
Also confirmed are the creative workshops (screen printing, collage, and painting) and a new edition of the Silent Lab, a Sunday experiential workshop dedicated to themes of social impact. Gates open every evening from 7 PM, Sundays from 6 PM. The full program and line-up will be published on the festival's social media channels (@perarock1992).
The detailed program and full line-up will be announced by the organizers closer to the festival.
