#PartySport2026 - Sports Festival

A festival dedicated to sports and youth

#PartySport is the youth sports event of the Lower Biella area, established in 2015 and now a highly anticipated date for children, families, and local associations. The initiative is itinerant: each edition is hosted in turn by one of the municipalities of the Biella plains. For 2026, the festival arrives in Borriana, a small town in the Province of Biella, in the heart of Piedmont.

The goals of the event

The purpose of #PartySport is to introduce young people to the various sports activities available in the area, while simultaneously promoting socialization, community building, and the prevention of social exclusion. Sport thus becomes an educational and community tool: a day to try, experiment, and have fun together in a non-competitive setting open to all ages.

A network project for the Lower Biella area

The strength of the festival lies in collaboration. The initiative is coordinated by the Municipality of Borriana together with other municipalities of the Lower Biella area, involving local comprehensive schools and numerous sports associations. Logistics are managed by ASD AS Gaglianico 1974, which oversees the organization of activities as in previous editions.

Disciplines and venues

During the day, children can try their hand at many different disciplines, from basketball to volleyball, gymnastics to golf, accompanied by instructors from local clubs. Activities take place in several spots around the town:

• Sports Field and Via Pietro Frassati

The event also benefits from the collaboration of the Parish of San Sulpizio, confirming the involvement of the entire Borriana community.

A festive atmosphere for the whole family

#PartySport is not just about sports: it is a true village festival. Local clubs bring the stations to life with demonstrations and hands-on trials, while families are invited to participate actively. Previous editions have seen the presence of numerous athletes of all ages, from the youngest to the oldest, in a climate of joy and sharing that makes the day a moment of growth for the entire Lower Biella area.
