Spain Arrives on Lake Endine

The Paella & Sangria Festival is a Spanish-themed gastronomic celebration that enlivens Endine Gaiano, a town in Val Cavallina overlooking the lake of the same name, in the province of Bergamo. For three days, the town's festival area, located at the market parking lot and sports field, transforms into a corner of Spain filled with flavors, colors, and music.

Iberian Flavors Take Center Stage

The heart of the event is the cuisine from El Rincon de España, which offers authentic paella prepared according to traditional recipes — also available in a certified gluten-free version — alongside a rich repertoire of specialties: patatas bravas, Catalan-style octopus, fine grilled Iberian meats like Pata Negra ribs and pluma. To accompany it all, artisanal sangria, refreshing and fragrant.

Covered, Heated, and with Music

A strong point of the festival is the fully covered and heated venue, allowing you to enjoy the celebration in any weather condition. The evenings are enlivened by live music: Friday features a tribute to Pooh, Saturday a show with the greatest hits of 883 and Max Pezzali, while Sunday is dedicated to children's entertainment, so parents can dine in peace.
