The Santa Caterina Village Celebrates

Borgo Santa Caterina is one of Bergamo's most beloved historic villages, with its long street of shops, boutiques, and eateries. During the summer season, the Santa Caterina Village Merchants Association, in collaboration with the Urban Commerce District (DUC), transforms the pedestrianized street into a large festive space with a series of themed White Nights, from May to September.

The Vintage Car Evening

The opening, Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 4 PM to midnight, is dedicated to vintage cars: about 60 vehicles, in collaboration with Vintage Pitstop, will be displayed along the village. The cars arrive in the afternoon and remain on display while shops are open for shopping; from 9 PM to midnight, the white night continues with live music and DJ sets. There are also activities for children and families, including a pedal go-kart track and outdoor games.

Themed Evenings

The Village White Nights are structured into several events, each with a different theme. Among these is the Dance evening (Saturday, June 13th), with hip hop, pole dance, country, zumba, and Latin dance schools performing at strategic points along the street, and other events dedicated to culture and flowers throughout the summer. Each evening animates the village from 4 PM to midnight.

A Neighborhood Festival

The White Nights of Borgo Santa Caterina are free neighborhood festivals, designed for residents, merchants, and visitors. It's a way to experience one of Bergamo's most authentic corners, in the heart of Lombardy, amidst shopping, music, flavors, and socializing, rediscovering the community spirit of the village.
