A night of silent fireworks
The Notte Blu is the summer event that illuminates the seafront of Vallecrosia, a seaside town on the Riviera dei Fiori in the province of Imperia. Its peculiarity is the silent fireworks display: the fireworks are synchronized with music but silent, the so-called «silent fireworks».
Spectacle and respect for animals
This is the first initiative of its kind in Liguria, designed to reduce acoustic impact and protect animals, which are often frightened by traditional bangs. The show retains all the visual magic of fireworks, with colours and choreography in the sky, but in a version that is more respectful of the environment and living beings.
An innovative event
Organized by the Municipality of Vallecrosia, the Notte Blu combines spectacle, innovation and ecological sensitivity, in an evening that enlivens the seafront in the heart of summer. An opportunity to experience the Riviera dei Fiori in an original way, with music, silent fireworks and the festive atmosphere of the Imperia coast.
Notte Blu — edition 2026
For 2026, the Notte Blu is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, from 7:00 PM until 1:00 AM, on the seafront of Vallecrosia.
The protagonist is the silent fireworks display, with fireworks synchronized with music but without traditional bangs. This is the first initiative of its kind in Liguria, designed for the protection of animals and the reduction of acoustic impact.

Vallecrosia is served by the Camporosso-Vallecrosia railway station on the Genoa-Ventimiglia line and by the A10 motorway (Bordighera or Ventimiglia exit).

Free admission. The show takes place in the evening, from approximately 7:00 PM until late at night.
