The Gulf of Naples boat show at Marina di Stabia
The Naples Boat Show is the nautical exhibition that brings the grand spectacle of recreational boating to the Gulf of Naples, based at Marina di Stabia in the town of Castellammare di Stabia, in the Province of Naples (Campania). Its unique formula sets it apart from traditional boat shows: here, vessels are not just moored as objects to be admired, but are ready to set sail. Visitors can step on board and, by appointment, test the boat they are interested in, turning their visit into a truly hands-on experience.
The venue is the Marina di Stabia tourist port, one of the most elegant harbors in Southern Italy, overlooking the gulf and located just a few kilometers from the Sorrento Peninsula. Situated along Corso Alcide De Gasperi and easily accessible from the A3 Naples–Salerno motorway, the marina provides the ideal space for an "in-water" show, where boats can be admired at their moorings and put to the test within minutes.
The event brings together over 100 companies from the nautical sector, featuring prestigious brands and a selection ranging from luxury yachts to motorboats, RIBs, traditional gozzi, and large sailboats. Alongside the vessels, there are marine engines, accessories, charter services, and specialized operators, offering a complete overview of the industry.
The true heart of the Naples Boat Show is its sea trials: bookable directly with exhibitors, they allow you to sail in the Gulf of Naples with views of the Faraglioni of Capri, the Sorrento Coast, and the Amalfi Coast. It is an added value that few shows can offer, thanks to one of the most famous natural landscapes in the Mediterranean.
Since its first edition, the show has established itself as a showcase for Southern Italian boating and an opportunity for networking between supply and demand in a professional yet enthusiast-friendly environment. The event enriches the calendar of Castellammare di Stabia and the Campania region, helping to promote the local area and its deep-rooted maritime vocation.
The inaugural edition of the Naples Boat Show was held at Marina di Stabia, in Castellammare di Stabia (NA), from March 18 to 22, 2026. Five days, from Wednesday to Sunday, during which the tourist port hosted over 100 companies from the nautical sector with prestigious brands such as Riva, Azimut Yachts, Cranchi, and Jeanneau.
From its debut, the show focused on the sea trial format: vessels, moored and ready to set sail, could be tested in the Gulf of Naples with views of the Faraglioni of Capri and the Sorrento and Amalfi Coasts. To complete the program, the NBS Sunset After Show took place on Friday evening, a convivial moment dedicated to exhibitors and clients.
Marina di Stabia is located at Corso Alcide De Gasperi 313 in Castellammare di Stabia (NA). It is reachable by car via the A3 Naples–Salerno motorway (Castellammare di Stabia exit) and is also connected to Naples via the Circumvesuviana railway line.
Admission costs €22, and tickets can be purchased online via TicketOne. Sea trials must be booked directly at the exhibitors' stands.
