Monferrato Antiquaria

A major new antiques fair in Casale Monferrato

Monferrato Antiquaria is an antiques and vintage fair held at the PalaFiere Riccardo Coppo in Casale Monferrato, in the heart of the Monferrato area of Alessandria, Piedmont. The event is organized by mON s.n.c. in collaboration with the Municipality of Casale Monferrato and takes place on weekends that include the fifth Sunday of the month, with several dates scheduled throughout the year.

From the historic 1973 market to a new format

The event has its roots in the historic Antiques Market of Casale Monferrato, a fair established back in 1973 and considered one of the first of its kind in Italy. From that long-standing monthly tradition comes Monferrato Antiquaria, the new indoor format that debuted in November 2025, bringing a nationally significant event to the large spaces of the PalaFiere.

Exhibitors and items on display

Each edition attracts between one hundred and approximately 200 exhibitors from all over Northern Italy. At the stalls and stands, you will find:

• Antique and vintage furniture
• Paintings, prints, sculptures, and works of art
• Collectibles and curiosities
• Rare books and vintage prints
• Vintage clothing and accessories

There is no shortage of curious and spectacular pieces: the May 2026 edition even featured three historic Volkswagen Beetles alongside furniture, statues, and large-scale stage sets.

A draw that crosses borders

The event has quickly established itself as a benchmark for enthusiasts and collectors: recent editions have attracted numerous visitors from Switzerland, Germany, and France, confirming the international appeal that the Monferrato region exerts thanks to its historical heritage and UNESCO-recognized vineyard landscapes.

The PalaFiere Riccardo Coppo offers over 20,000 square meters of covered, well-equipped space, with free parking and an on-site bar, just a short walk from the historic center and the Citadel of Casale Monferrato. Admission is free, making the event accessible to families, curious visitors, and expert collectors alike.
