A jazz festival that smells of the sea and nature

Misano Green & Blue JazzFeeling is the new musical event that debuted at Parco Mare Nord in Misano Adriatico, in the province of Rimini, in the heart of the Romagna Riviera. Organized by the Municipality of Misano Adriatico together with the association Identità Aggreganti APS, the festival is conceived and directed by Diego Olivieri, founder of the JaZzFeeling project, active for years in the Romagna area between Misano and Cattolica.

Music, wellness, and empathy

The festival's philosophy revolves around three keywords: music, wellness, and empathy. The program alternates high-level concerts with moments of relaxation, movement, and contact with nature. The days begin early in the morning, at 9:30 AM, with dawn concerts played among the park's trees, in an intimate and secluded atmosphere. In the afternoon, starting at 3:30 PM, the experiences in nature begin, concluding at 5:30 PM with concerts dedicated to young emerging jazz talents.

A stage for big names and young artists

The debut edition featured Dario Cecchini, leader of Funk Off, the historic official band of Umbria Jazz, accompanied by his quartet. There was also space for world music with the Uzza-za quartet and for the younger jazz scene, with formations like the Zenith 4tet and the Sezione Operativa 10tet, an ensemble composed of very young musicians with an average age of seventeen. A choice that testifies to the festival's commitment to valuing new generations of jazz musicians.

Not just concerts

In addition to music, Parco Mare Nord comes alive with a rich array of activities for all ages:

• Creative and musical workshops for children
• Vinyasa Yoga sessions and Qi Gong lessons
• The marching band Suoniamo da Cani (Let's Play with Dogs), a musical parade dedicated to four-legged friends
• Experiences with horses and canine activities with Abbaio Camp
• Poetry readings and art exhibitions

Included in the calendar of events at the beginning of May in Misano Adriatico, the festival offers an opportunity to experience Parco Mare Nord in a new way, with quality music and a focus on personal well-being. Free admission makes it an event open to residents and tourists, perfect for discovering the Romagna Riviera and Emilia-Romagna outside the classic summer beach season.
