The MIG – Mostra Internazionale del Gelato Artigianale in Longarone, in the province of Belluno, is the most important international showcase dedicated to artisan gelato. The event is rooted in a deep connection with the territory: the Zoldo Valley and the entire Belluno area have historically been the homeland of Italian gelato masters, who left these mountains to bring artisan gelato throughout Europe and the world.
A fair for professionals
Organized by Longarone Fiere Dolomiti, MIG brings together gelato makers, companies, suppliers of raw materials, machinery, and equipment in an event that is simultaneously business, training, and gelato culture. The exhibition enhances genuine ingredients, traditional techniques, and sustainable choices, promoting a new culture of gelato.

MIG Longarone — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of MIG will be held at Longarone Fiere Dolomiti from November 29 to December 2, with a preview dedicated to the assemblies of gelato associations. Four days of competitions, masterclasses, scientific workshops, and permanent thematic areas, making Longarone the global meeting point for artisan gelato professionals.
