"Natale a Belluno" transforms the centre of the Dolomite capital into a large Christmas village. Between Piazza dei Martiri and Piazza Zampieri, from late November until January 6th, lights, decorations, and scents create the festive atmosphere, with a programme designed for families, children, and visitors of all ages.
The market and attractions
The heart of the event is the artisan market, with its characteristic wooden chalets housing local creations. Around it, a series of attractions make the visit a complete experience:
- Ferris wheel to admire Belluno illuminated for the holidays from above
- Ice-skating rink
- Little train for young and old
- Elves' Village with a mailbox for Santa Claus
Space for children and art
The Elves' Village offers a workshop area for children aged 4 to 10, while in Piazza Zampieri, a dedicated space for the youngest (0-3 years) welcomes families. Live live painting performances by artist Sara Andrich are held in Galleria Zampieri. There is also a food & drink area, open late on weekends.
A Christmas for everyone, with solidarity
Organised by Belluno Viva srl with the Municipality of Belluno, the Christmas village also includes a special programme of shows at the city's correctional facility. In case of bad weather, events are moved to the Urban Hub. "Natale a Belluno" is the event that lights up the winter of the capital, offering citizens and tourists in the Dolomites weeks of celebration and conviviality.

The 2026-2027 edition of "Natale a Belluno" confirms the setup of the Christmas village between Piazza dei Martiri and Piazza Zampieri, from late November until January 6th. The artisan market, Ferris wheel, ice-skating rink, little train, and Elves' Village make up the offering for families and visitors.
The precise opening dates and detailed times will be published by the organisers on the official website in the weeks preceding the inauguration.

The Christmas village is set up between Piazza dei Martiri and Piazza Zampieri (Urban Hub in case of bad weather). Usual attractions and activities:

- Ferris wheel — indicative hours 3 PM-8 PM (Mon-Fri), 10 AM-10 PM (Sat-Sun and holidays)

Belluno is reachable by train and car via the SS50. The Christmas village is in the city centre, between Piazza dei Martiri and Piazza Zampieri.
