Midsummer Festival - 5 Rhythms & Friends

The Midsummer Festival 2026 will take place from August 6 to 16 at Casa Sangam, in the Gubbio countryside. Confirmed as the largest Italian event for 5 Rhythms dance and conscious dance, it offers a daily program starting with yoga in the morning and continuing with multiple movement sessions throughout the day.

Dancing takes place on an outdoor wooden platform immersed in nature; the cuisine is predominantly vegetarian and zero-km. The practices are led in Italian and English by qualified teachers from Italy and abroad.

Structure of a typical day

• Morning — Opening with a yoga practice.
• During the day — Multiple daily conscious movement sessions: 5 Rhythms and, on rotation, Movement Medicine, Soul Motion, Azul, Ecstatic Dance, and Trance Dance, often with live musicians.
• Evening — Evening dance sessions and community moments.

Where

The festival is held at Casa Sangam, in the Pontedassi area within the territory of Gubbio (PG).

How to get there

The nearest train station is Fossato di Vico-Gubbio. By car, Gubbio can be reached from the SS298 from Perugia.
