Christmas on the Garda
The Malcesine Christmas Market transforms Piazza Statuto and the historic center of the village, on Lake Garda in the province of Verona, into a Christmas village. The wooden stalls host local crafts and products, while the ice rink and carousel animate the square.
Events and Shows
Throughout the period, the square becomes an open-air stage with concerts, cultural events, and shows, including performances by local bands and tribute bands, usually at 5 PM. Among the new features is the 'Children's Castle' at the Scaligero Castle, with free admission for children under 14 and the 'Enchanted Christmas Library'.
From Advent to Epiphany
The market is open on select dates during Advent and then continuously during the holidays, until Epiphany. The highlight is New Year's Eve, with live music, a DJ set, and midnight fireworks over the lake. An opportunity to experience the Christmas atmosphere in the unique setting of Malcesine and Monte Baldo.

The 2025-2026 edition of the Malcesine Christmas Market took place from December 6, 2025, to January 6, 2026, in Piazza Statuto and the historic center of the village on Lake Garda.
The square came alive with wooden stalls offering crafts and local products, the ice rink and carousel, concerts and shows (usually at 5 PM), and the 'Children's Castle' at Scaligero Castle, featuring the 'Enchanted Christmas Library'. On December 31st, New Year's Eve featured the Malumida Funky Disco Band, a DJ set, and midnight fireworks; the event closed on January 6th.
