Maggio Breganzese is the great spring festival of Breganze, a municipality in the Vicenza foothills awarded the title of City of Wine. The event enlivens the town between Piazza Mazzini and the park of Villa Laverda, blending culture, food and wine, and outdoor activities.
Culture, music, and bicycles
The program alternates cultural moments and festive occasions: the Night of the Museums with the opening of the Antica Officina Radin, concerts in the square, and Breganze Pedala, the cycle touring event that crosses the countryside and vineyards between Mirabella and Maragnole. There are also conferences and initiatives dedicated to local memory and traditions.
The flavors of the territory
The gastronomic heart of the festival is the tasting of Breganze DOC wines, honey, and local cheeses, to be enjoyed in the park of Villa Laverda accompanied by musical aperitifs. An opportunity to discover the wine identity of a land famous for Torcolato and Vespaiolo.

How to get there
Breganze is located in the Vicenza foothills, between Bassano del Grappa and Thiene. By car, it can be reached from the SP111. The events take place in Piazza Mazzini and the park of Villa Laverda.
