The local music showcase, every Tuesday evening in summer at Piazzale Perugia
Made in BIM is the music showcase that, during the summer months, highlights the bands and artists from Bellaria-Igea Marina, in the heart of the Romagna Riviera in the Province of Rimini. The idea is simple and identity-driven: to provide a real, open-air, and free stage for homegrown music, the kind made by bands that grew up playing in the clubs and squares of the coast. The name itself – "Made in BIM", where BIM stands for Bellaria-Igea Marina – tells its mission: to celebrate local talent.
The events take place every Tuesday evening at 9:30 PM in Piazzale Perugia, the square near the Bellaria train station, easily accessible on foot or by public transport. This format quickly won over the public: a fixed date in the weekly calendar, to be marked in your diary during your holidays, featuring concerts ranging from rock to singer-songwriter pop, with sounds that change from week to week depending on the featured band.
Made in BIM is part of the rich summer event program of the Municipality of Bellaria-Igea Marina, in Emilia-Romagna, coordinated by the Fondazione Verdeblu. The showcase complements the major musical evenings, food and wine events, family-friendly activities, and traditional festivals that animate the seaside town throughout the season. It's the most "neighborhood" and community-focused part of the lineup: no big national names, but local music played for the local community.
All concerts have free admission. The showcase is designed to be enjoyed informally: you can sit in the square, listen to live music, and soak up the summer atmosphere of the Riviera. For those on holiday in Bellaria-Igea Marina, it's a chance to discover the Romagna music scene away from the more commercial circuits; for locals, it's a familiar event that returns every summer.
The 2026 edition of Made in BIM is confirmed in the event calendar for the summer of Bellaria-Igea Marina. The showcase maintains its tried-and-tested format: every Tuesday evening at 9:30 PM, from the end of June to the end of August, at Piazzale Perugia, featuring local music groups on stage. All concerts have free admission.
The showcase is part of the town's rich summer program, which combines institutional events, activities promoted by Fondazione Verdeblu, beach events, and initiatives by local associations.
The showcase takes place every Tuesday evening at 9:30 PM at Piazzale Perugia, from June 30 to August 25, 2026, with a different local music group each evening.
The complete schedule with the names of the bands and the dates of the individual concerts for the 2026 edition will be announced by Fondazione Verdeblu closer to the start of the season. In previous editions, the showcase has hosted numerous local bands, alternating rock, pop, and singer-songwriter music from week to week.
Every Tuesday evening at 9:30 PM, from the end of June to the end of August.
