Locus Festival's major international concerts at the Fiera del Levante
Locus Festival is Puglia's most important traveling music event: founded in 2005 in Locorotondo and organized by the Bass Culture association, every summer it brings great Italian and international artists to squares, masserie (farmhouses), and historical sites throughout the region. For its 22nd edition, scheduled from June 18 to September 2, 2026, the festival has chosen the Fiera del Levante in Bari as the stage for its most anticipated urban concerts, right in the heart of the Apulian capital.
The 2026 edition is inspired by Miles Davis, in the centenary year of the great trumpeter's birth: the title «Play What's Not There» summarizes the spirit of research and cross-pollination that has always guided Locus. In Bari, this idea takes shape in a lineup that weaves together rock, singer-songwriter pop, funk, jazz, and electronic music, bringing diverse audiences and generations together under the same sky.
In 2026, the Bari stage runs from late June to late July with a series of internationally acclaimed events:
The Bari stage is the urban hub of a program that in 2026 spans numerous Apulian locations: from the Eremo Club in Molfetta to the trulli of Alberobello, from Castel del Monte in Andria to the Tenuta Bocca di Lupo in Minervino Murge, from the Arena Bianca in Ostuni to the Masseria Ferragnano in Locorotondo, and the Egnazia Excavations in Fasano. Over twenty events featuring guests such as John Legend, Johnny Marr, Thundercat, Ezra Collective, and Kneecap, supported by Puglia Sounds and the Puglia Region.
Attending Locus at the Fiera del Levante means experiencing world-class concerts just a stone's throw from the Bari seafront, in a city that becomes one of Southern Italy's most vibrant musical hubs in summer. It is the perfect opportunity to combine great live music with exploring the capital of Puglia, including its historic center, the sea, and Apulian cuisine.
The Bari stage of the 22nd edition of the Locus Festival is held at the Fiera del Levante in Bari between June 23 and July 30, 2026. It is the urban heart of the Apulian traveling festival: five major events ranging from rock to funk, singer-songwriter pop to jazz, under the theme «Play What's Not There», dedicated to the centenary of Miles Davis. The stage is part of a broader program spread throughout Puglia from June 18 to September 2.
Ticketed concerts, tickets available online via official circuits.
The Fiera del Levante is located on the Lungomare Starita, in the northern area of Bari, easily accessible by car from the ring road (exit 4) and served by urban public transport. The concerts at the Bari stage are ticketed; tickets can be purchased online through official channels (Ticketmaster and those indicated on the festival website) and, subject to availability, at the box office. Prices vary depending on the artist.
Arrive early for entry and security checks. Take advantage of the evening for a walk along the seafront and to taste Bari's cuisine in the historic center.
