Le Forme del Gusto is the Festival of Agri-Food Excellences of Lodi, the capital of a Lombard province with a strong agricultural and dairy vocation. For three days, the central Piazza della Vittoria transforms into a large showcase of typical local products, with a market exhibition of local producers, tasting moments, and meetings dedicated to quality food.
Showcookings and workshops
The program alternates producer stalls with showcookings by renowned chefs and taste workshops, where you can discover techniques, pairings, and secrets of the Lodi gastronomic tradition. It is a festival that combines the pleasure of dining with knowledge, enhancing the work of those who produce and transform the territory's raw materials.
Typical Lodi Products
The absolute stars are the symbolic products of the Lodi area: raspadüra, a typical cheese slice from the area, Grana Padano Lodigiano, pannerone, Lodi sausage, and fagioli dell'occhio (eye beans). Organized by Confartigianato Lodi with the patronage of the Lombardy Region, Le Forme del Gusto is the ideal event to savor the gastronomic identity of this plain land.
