Le Forme del Gusto is the Festival of Agri-Food Excellences of Lodi, the capital of a Lombard province with a strong agricultural and dairy tradition. For three days, the central Piazza della Vittoria transforms into a grand showcase of the territory's typical products, with a market exhibition of local producers, tasting sessions, and meetings dedicated to quality food.
Showcookings and workshops
The programme alternates producers' stalls with showcookings by renowned chefs and taste workshops, where you can discover techniques, pairings, and secrets of the Lodi gastronomic tradition. It is a festival that combines the pleasure of dining with knowledge, valuing the work of those who produce and process the region's raw materials.
Typical Lodi Products
The absolute stars are the iconic products of the Lodi area: raspadüra, a typical cheese slice from the area, Grana Padano Lodi, pannerone, Lodi sausage, and fagioli dell'occhio (a type of bean). Organised by Confartigianato Lodi with the patronage of the Lombardy Region, Le Forme del Gusto is the ideal event to savour the gastronomic identity of this plainland area.

The fourteenth edition of Le Forme del Gusto is held in Lodi on Friday 25, Saturday 26, and Sunday 27 September 2026 in Piazza della Vittoria, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
