The large gastronomic stand offers dishes made with IGP white asparagus, from traditional recipes to gourmet creations, with themed evenings pairing the vegetable with fish, steak, and local specialties like Fortaja del Piave. The 51st edition of the White Asparagus of Cimadolmo IGP Exhibition runs from April 23 to May 3, 2026, confirming its position as a flagship event of the Germogli di Primavera circuit between Cimadolmo and Badoere. For eleven days, the town celebrates the white IGP asparagus of the Piave with a rich gastronomic, cultural, and entertainment program.
Among the most anticipated offerings are the themed evenings pairing asparagus with fish and steak, the specialty Fortaja del Piave, visits to the fields for schools and universities, and the new panoramic helicopter flights over the Piave lands and asparagus fields.

Cimadolmo is in the province of Treviso, on the left bank of the Piave River. By car, take SP34 or SS13 Pontebbana; the nearest highway exits are on the A27 (Conegliano) and A4. The closest train stations are Conegliano and Oderzo.

Free entry to the exhibition area; food and drinks at the gastronomic stand are charged. The event primarily takes place in the evenings, with daytime activities and the main exhibition-competition on Sunday.
