Christmas in Oderzo
Opitergium Winter is the festival that brings the Christmas atmosphere to the historic centre of Oderzo, in the province of Treviso. From the end of November until January 6th, the city's squares and streets light up and fill with initiatives dedicated to the festive season.
A calendar for all ages
The programme is varied and widespread: concerts, children's entertainment, shows, Christmas markets, stalls, and Christmas shopping follow one another throughout the weeks, with events involving families, traders, and associations. The festival transforms the Oderzo centre into a place to enjoy even in the colder months, with lights and festive moments.
Municipality, traders, and volunteers
Opitergium Winter is organised by the Municipality of Oderzo in collaboration with the Forò traders' association and the numerous local volunteer groups. It is an opportunity to enhance the historic centre and its activities during the Christmas period, with an offering that combines culture, entertainment, and shopping.
Opitergium Winter — edition 2026
For the 2026-2027 Christmas period, the Opitergium Winter festival returns to Oderzo, animating squares and streets in the historic centre from late November until January 6th. As in previous editions, the programme includes Christmas markets, concerts, shows, children's entertainment, and Christmas shopping, in collaboration between the Municipality, the Forò association, and local volunteers.

How to get there
Oderzo can be reached by car from the A28 motorway (Oderzo exit) or from the A27 via Conegliano. Oderzo train station is on the Venice-Udine line. The events take place in the squares and streets of the historic centre.
