About Opitergium Winter

Opitergium Winter is the series of Christmas events that, from the end of November until Epiphany, enlivens the squares and streets of Oderzo's historic centre. Concerts, children's entertainment, shows, Christmas markets, and Christmas shopping make up a calendar designed for the whole family. Organised by the Municipality of Oderzo with the Forò traders' association and local volunteer groups, it is the winter and festive version of Oderzo's piazza life.

Christmas in Oderzo

Opitergium Winter is the festival that brings the Christmas atmosphere to the historic centre of Oderzo, in the province of Treviso. From the end of November until January 6th, the city's squares and streets light up and fill with initiatives dedicated to the festive season.

A calendar for all ages

The programme is varied and widespread: concerts, children's entertainment, shows, Christmas markets, stalls, and Christmas shopping follow one another throughout the weeks, with events involving families, traders, and associations. The festival transforms the Oderzo centre into a place to enjoy even in the colder months, with lights and festive moments.

Municipality, traders, and volunteers

Opitergium Winter is organised by the Municipality of Oderzo in collaboration with the Forò traders' association and the numerous local volunteer groups. It is an opportunity to enhance the historic centre and its activities during the Christmas period, with an offering that combines culture, entertainment, and shopping.

Opitergium Winter — edition 2026

The 2026-2027 edition of Opitergium Winter is expected, as per tradition, between late November 2026 and Epiphany, with Christmas markets, concerts, shows, and children's entertainment in the historic centre of Oderzo. The detailed calendar will be published by the Municipality in the weeks preceding the event.

For the 2026-2027 Christmas period, the Opitergium Winter festival returns to Oderzo, animating squares and streets in the historic centre from late November until January 6th. As in previous editions, the programme includes Christmas markets, concerts, shows, children's entertainment, and Christmas shopping, in collaboration between the Municipality, the Forò association, and local volunteers.

Programme Opitergium Winter 2026

The programme continues the established format of the festival: Christmas markets, concerts, shows, children's entertainment, and Christmas shopping initiatives spread across the squares and streets of Oderzo's historic centre, from late November until Epiphany.

The complete calendar with dates and times for the 2026-2027 edition will be published by the Municipality of Oderzo in the weeks before the festival begins.
