The IGP chicory takes center stage in Spresiano
The Festival of Red Chicory of Treviso IGP and Agriculture is the autumn event that in Spresiano, in the province of Treviso, focuses on the famous Red Chicory of Treviso IGP, one of the most representative products of Venetian food and wine. Organized by Pro Loco Spresiano, it takes place in Via Bragadin at the Pro Loco stand.
Gastronomy and peasant culture
The festival intertwines the dimension of taste with that of agricultural tradition. Alongside the chicory-based dinner and the gastronomic stand with typical dishes, there is space for the IGP chicory market exhibition, the antique and modern market, and the exhibition of vintage tractors, with the evocative parade of historic vehicles.

The 9th edition of the Festival of Red Chicory of Treviso IGP and Agriculture will be held from November 28th to 30th, 2026, at the Pro Loco stand in Via Bragadin, Spresiano. Three days dedicated to IGP chicory, with the star dish featured on the menu, and to the agricultural culture of the region.
