Il Trenino del Gusto is the food and wine event that enlivens Quadrelli, a hamlet of Montecastrilli in the province of Terni. The idea is simple and successful: a travelling dinner where participants move through the streets and squares of the village, stopping at each stage to enjoy a different course, accompanied by music and entertainment. Now in its 12th edition in 2026, the event is a major attraction, capable of drawing over a thousand participants.
Stage by stage, between taste and music
The route winds through various gastronomic stations: the welcome toast, the first course, the second course with a double option, and dessert, each located in a different square and paired with a musical moment – from DJ sets to karaoke pianobar, from live music to cover bands. It's an original way to experience the village festival, where dinner becomes a journey through the village.
Market, entertainment, and party
Enriching the evening are the craft market, with exhibitions and sales of local products and crafts, and entertainment for children with magic shows. The party then continues with dancing and music until late at night, in an atmosphere of joy that makes Quadrelli, for one evening, the centre of social life in the Montecastrilli area.

The 2026 edition, the twelfth, takes place on June 13 in the village of Quadrelli. The formula is the established travelling dinner: participants walk through the village streets, stopping at various gastronomic stages, each with its own musical accompaniment, while the craft market and entertainment complete the festive evening.
