The Gandellino Trail — Alpine Race is the sporting event that celebrates the mountain territory of Gandellino, in the upper Val Seriana (province of Bergamo). The start is set at Piazza Adua, in the town center, from where participants launch themselves onto the trails of the Orobie Alps.
Two Routes in the Sedornia Valley
The race offers two routes that cross the enchanting Sedornia Valley, a side valley of Val Seriana easily accessible from Gandellino. Fir woods, wide pastures, and high-altitude views provide the backdrop for a race that combines sport and landscape discovery of the Orobie region, in a still pristine natural environment.
