Folignano Brick is the event dedicated to the famous world of LEGO bricks that every year, at the end of January, transforms the PalaRozzi in Villa Pigna into a large playground of creativity. The event takes place in Folignano, in the heart of the province of Ascoli Piceno, in that southern strip of the Marche region where the Apennines meet the Tronto valley. Born in 2024, in just a few editions it has become an eagerly awaited event for families, children, enthusiasts, and collectors from all over the Piceno.
A world of constructions to discover
The heart of the event is the large exhibition area, where surprising works and original constructions created by the best builders in the area and by brick enthusiast groups from the Marche region come to life. Dioramas, miniature cities, vehicles, and sets composed of tens of thousands of pieces tell the story of the passion and patience of those who make bricks a true art form.
Workshops, tournaments, and fun for everyone
Alongside the exhibition, the PalaRozzi hosts numerous activities designed for all ages:
- Creative workshops and mosaic areas, to build brick by brick;
- Duplo Area, for children aged 1 to 5, with larger and safer bricks;
- Racer off-road circuit, to test the vehicles built by participants;
- the «Brick like this» tournament, a building challenge for the most competitive;
- the minifigure market, a collector's paradise in search of rare pieces;
- the «Slega la fantasia» (Unleash your imagination) competition, which invites elementary and middle school students to bring their original creations and share them with the public.
An event focused on inclusion
Folignano Brick is not just about play; it is also a project with strong social value. The opening day, reserved for associations for young people with disabilities in the area and their families, offers a calmer and less crowded space where everyone can enjoy the brick experience in tranquility. A gesture of care that makes the event an opportunity for growth and sharing for the entire community.
Organizers
The event is organized by the association L'Ingegno di Dedalo in collaboration with Sleghiamo la Fantasia, under the patronage of the Municipality of Folignano and with the support of the Fondazione Carisap. Admission to all activities is free, confirming the popular and family-friendly nature of this event, which has now become part of the Piceno's winter calendar.

Folignano Brick 2026 - Third Edition
The third edition of Folignano Brick was held at the PalaRozzi in Villa Pigna (Folignano, AP) from Friday, January 23 to Sunday, January 25, 2026, with free admission.
The event opened on Friday, January 23, with a day exclusively dedicated to associations for young people with disabilities in the area and their families, in a more serene and less crowded environment. Public opening took place on Saturday, January 24, from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and Sunday, January 25, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
The program included a large exhibition area with spectacular constructions, creative workshops, and mosaic areas, the Duplo Area for children aged 1 to 5, the Racer off-road circuit, the new «Brick like this» tournament, the minifigure market for collectors, and the «Slega la fantasia» competition for elementary and middle school students. Organized by L'Ingegno di Dedalo with Sleghiamo la Fantasia, under the patronage of the Municipality of Folignano and with the support of Fondazione Carisap.

Where
PalaRozzi in Villa Pigna, a district of the Municipality of Folignano (AP), Marche. Villa Pigna is located a few kilometers from Ascoli Piceno.
How to get there
By car: take the Ascoli Piceno exit of the SS4 Salaria highway (RA11 Ascoli-Mare Link), then follow signs for Folignano and Villa Pigna. By train: Ascoli Piceno station, then take a bus or taxi to Folignano.
Admission and hours
Free admission to all activities. The event is usually held on the last weekend of January (Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday), with an opening day dedicated to associations for young people with disabilities.
