Gaiba's Patron Saint Festival
The Fiera di Sant'Anna is the summer festival of Gaiba, a municipality in the upper Polesine region of Rovigo province, dedicated to the patron saint Sant'Anna, celebrated on July 26th. The event takes place in the park of the "Dante Alighieri" elementary school and is one of the most anticipated and well-attended events in the town.

A Festival Reborn with the New Pro Loco
The Fiera di Sant'Anna is organized by the Municipality of Gaiba together with the new Pro Loco Gaiba APS, an association founded to promote local traditions and strengthen community ties. A simple and authentic festival that reflects the spirit of a small town in the Polesine region on the Po River, capable of uniting forces to create moments of shared celebration.
Fiera di Sant'Anna — edition 2026
For 2026, the Fiera di Sant'Anna will once again liven up Gaiba towards the end of July, on the occasion of the patron saint's day, Sant'Anna, on July 26th. Based on the previous edition, the festival takes place in the park of the "Dante Alighieri" elementary school with live shows, music, performances by local groups and schools, stalls, and entertainment for all ages.
The precise dates and detailed program for 2026 will be published by the Municipality and the Pro Loco Gaiba in the weeks prior.

How to get there
Gaiba is located in the province of Rovigo, in the upper Polesine region, near the border with Emilia. By car from the A13 motorway or from the roads of Polesine; the nearest train stations are Ferrara or Rovigo, from which you can continue by car.

Access to the fair and the shows in the park is generally free. Food stalls are subject to payment.
