The Vighizzolo Festival
The Sagra della Madonna della Neve is the summer event of the hamlet of Vighizzolo d'Este, in the municipality of Santa Caterina d'Este, in the province of Padua. It takes place in early August, around the feast day of Our Lady of the Snows (August 5th), and is organized by the Comitato Festeggiamenti Vighizzolo d'Este (Vighizzolo d'Este Celebration Committee).
Venetian Cuisine and Fun
The heart of the festival is the food stand with traditional Venetian cuisine, accompanied by evenings of live music and a dance floor. For the little ones, there is entertainment, inflatables, and street artist performances, while the photographic exhibition and charity raffle are also not to be missed.
The Fiery Finale
Among the most anticipated moments is the finale with fireworks, which light up the Vighizzolo sky to close the festival.
