The traditional October 8th fair in the Pearl of Molise
The Fiera di San Emiddio is one of the four traditional fairs that have long marked the calendar of Bagnoli del Trigno, in the province of Isernia, a village known as the Pearl of Molise. It takes place on October 8th, with a market and stalls in the historic center, and ideally closes the cycle of the town's annual fairs.
Like the other annual fairs — San Michele, Madonna dei Miracoli, and San Vitale — the Fiera di San Emiddio is a moment of meeting and exchange for the citizens and inhabitants of nearby centers, part of the popular tradition of the Molise village.
The 2026 edition of the Fiera di San Emiddio will be held on October 8th in the historic center of Bagnoli del Trigno, with a market and stalls, according to the usual annual tradition.
Traditional fair with market and stalls in the historic center throughout the day on October 8th. Detailed program is generally not published in advance, as it is a fixed-date annual fair.
Bagnoli del Trigno can be reached by car from the SS650 Trignina; it is about 35 km from Isernia. The fair takes place in the historic center.
October 8th. Free admission.
