The Fiat 500 Rally organized by the Rome Coordination of the Fiat 500 Club Italia is one of the most anticipated events for vintage car enthusiasts in the Capital. Every year in June, over 200 examples of the famous city car gather at Villa Borghese, in the green heart of Rome, for a day dedicated to the legend of the little car that motorized Italy.

The meeting point is set on Via Pietro Raimondi, on the edge of Villa Borghese, where Fiat 500s from Rome and the surrounding Lazio region gather from the early morning hours. Models showcasing the car's history parade side-by-side, from the first examples of the late fifties to the versions of the early seventies: the 500 D, F, L, and R, not to mention the famous Giardiniera and the numerous 'cinquecento' customized by members with colorful liveries, vintage fittings, and meticulously curated details.

After the gathering, the procession sets off for a parade through the historic center of Rome, accompanied by an escort from the Rome Capital Local Police. The city cars travel along the Tiber embankments and the city's monumental streets, offering residents and tourists the spectacle of dozens of 500s in motion and the unmistakable sound of the small Fiat two-cylinder engine. It is an opportunity to see these cars where they were once the protagonists of the economic boom and Italian cinema, symbols of an era and a way of life.
