The Festival of the Frog and Donkey Stew (Festa della Rana e dello Stracotto d'Asino) is the gastronomic festival of Belforte, a hamlet of Gazzuolo (Province of Mantua). Founded in the nineties and organized by Circolo La Torre, it is one of the most anticipated summer events in the lower Mantua region, dedicated to typical dishes recognized as De.Co. (Municipal Designation).

The 2026 edition, the 29th, takes place in July in Belforte, a hamlet of Gazzuolo. The festival, organized by Circolo La Torre, offers the De.Co. dishes of the territory: donkey stew 'alla belfortese', frog omelette 'alla belfortese', and risotto 'alla belfortese'. The official dates, following the mid-July 2025 edition, will be confirmed by the organizers in the weeks prior.
