The ancient fair of Monselice
The Saints' Fair is the historic fair of Monselice, in the province of Padua, a tradition documented since 1275. It takes place at the beginning of November, around the feast of All Saints' Day, and transforms the city center into a large marketplace and celebration.
Stalls, agricultural fair, and funfair
Piazza Mazzini hosts over 200 stalls with goods, local products, and food, while the Cava della Rocca holds the agricultural fair, with farm machinery and local produce. For children and families, there is the funfair, creating an atmosphere of popular celebration.
Traditions, saffron, and mushrooms
Among the collateral events are the procession for the blessing of the city, the saffron festival of the Euganean Hills, the mycological exhibition with hundreds of mushroom species, extraordinary openings of monuments, and exhibitions. A centuries-old fair that combines market, agriculture, faith, and culture in the heart of Monselice.
Saints' Fair — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the Saints' Fair takes place on November 1 and 2 in Monselice, around the All Saints' Day feast, continuing a tradition documented since 1275.
Piazza Mazzini hosts over 200 stalls, while the Cava della Rocca features the agricultural fair. The program includes the procession for the blessing of the city (November 1, 3:30 PM), the Euganean Hills saffron festival, the mycological exhibition, and the funfair, with opening hours approximately 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and free admission.

How to get there
Monselice is located at the foot of the Euganean Hills, in the province of Padua, served by the Bologna–Padua railway station and the A13 motorway. The events take place in Piazza Mazzini and at the Cava della Rocca.
